  • All communication you send to your customers through or because of GrassClock.
  • Having permission to store the customer information you enter.
  • Your own taxes, licensing, and legal obligations as a business.

Service provided “as is”

GrassClock is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GrassClock's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. This does not apply to claims that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and venue for any dispute is Montgomery County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
