Founder Program Terms

Free access to GrassClock for 12 months, starting the day you activate your account. Your free-through date is set at activation and shown to GrassClock support.

• Founder status is personal to your account. It can't be transferred or sold.
• It has no cash value and can't be exchanged for a refund or credit.
• It is not a promise of lifetime access, a fixed future price, or any specific future feature.

Founders must follow the Terms of Service. GrassClock may revoke Founder access for abuse, fraud, or violation of the Terms.

Participating in the Founder Program does not create employment, a partnership, a joint venture, or any ownership interest in GrassClock.
